1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mazo Nutrition website and online store (the "Services"), operated by Mazo Nutrition, a company registered in Portugal. By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.

3. Products

We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, images and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we sell. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability of stock.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has been dispatched. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@mazonutrition.com. You must then return the product(s) to us within a further 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions for returns:

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we have made an error

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@mazonutrition.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under EU and Portuguese consumer law.

9. Health and Product Disclaimer

Mazo Nutrition sells nutritional supplements and related products. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary between individuals.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any nutritional supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product is suitable for your individual circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions, is the property of Mazo Nutrition or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mazo Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review them carefully.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
